August so soon? I can't believe that in a few short weeks my 5 year old will be going into grade one! Summer is always short, but it always amazes me how fast it goes by. I guess that's what happens when you keep yourself busy! I have had a few projects and have a few little upcoming family portrait shots I hope to get set up asap! I just did another wedding for some good friends of ours in Lethbridge. Here's hoping that the next year will be filled with even more experience for me to grow as a photographer! Time Flies

So, it's mid-July and it feels like only yesterday we were ringing in the New Year! I can't believe

how fast this year has gone by. Everyone says it all the time, but it's so true. Life is so short!
With a full time job I haven't been able to concentrate on photography like I should but I have done another wedding, I have family pictures to do this weekend and in two weeks time and then I have another wedding next month in Lethbridge. So things have definitely picked up. But I am always, always, always looking to do more. So I leave you with a few new pictures and if you are in need of any photo sessions please drop me a line. After the baby is born, I plan on going full force with this and making it my own business. My rates are very very reasonable at the moment, so feel free to take advantage of this before they go up!!

So I have been working hard lately...but not so much at photography. It is driving me crazy. So I promise you, that down the road. I will be adding many many many pictures. I cannot wait until November, I will be on maternity leave and able to take pictures of a brand new edition to our family. I am very excited. So if you wish at all to help me to get some new shots added to my collection give me a call. I am looking for any kind of experience...maybe not weddings as that's a really long day for a woman with a beach ball for a belly...but anything (else) goes. I will be busy buying props and awaiting your phone call so let me know. In the mean time, here are a few until next time...which I promise will not be as long in between as the last. Take care!!

Say Cheese

Things are looking good for 2009! I am so excited to get my photography business going and on a roll. I have a few people wanting some pictures taken and I have wedding on February 28th that I am so excited to be taking pictures for. So if you or anyone you know needs pictures, please let me know. I am considerably cheaper than others, mostly because I am just starting out. I don't like to do your normally everyday poses, though there are times when they look just as awesome. But what I really like to do is those different shots, the ones that don't look like you're posing. I want the photos to stand out, pictures are a part of memories and memories are precious!
I am very serious about my photography, I want to be awesome at what I do. Nothing makes me happier than to hear or see how much someone likes a picture of themselves.
Traveling is not a huge issue for me, as long as I have the opportunity to put my passion to work, I am happy.
