I am in love with Pinterest!
Chances are, you probably do too. It's okay, I am here for you. I won't judge ;)
The reason I bring up Pinterest is because not only does it inspire me to create and make all sorts of different home decor, baking, cooking and clothing it is also a great place I like to find inspiration for photo shoots and tutorials on how I can make my photogaphy even better. I have found it such a great tool for me.
I am also bringing up this post as I wanted to share my own favorite photos on Pinterest and so I thought it would also be fun to post a few of my favorite photos that I have taken from when I was first starting out until now. Enjoy!
I took pictures of my oldest son in the same bucket, same out fit. Love it!
Such a handsome little man with such wonder in his eyes. He's a curious, busy boy and I love him so much!
This boy is going to be trouble, just look at those big blue eyes. That's about the only thing my boys have got from me. My eyes, other than that, they are miniature versions of my husband.
My Christmas Photo Challenge, this one was "Memories". My idea was using clothespins to attach pictures of my past Christmas memories onto a ribbon. I had so much fun with this photo challenge, I definitely recommend it!
So the whole Pinterest inspiration thing? Yeah, that's where I got this idea from. Take a picture of your daughter in your wedding dress! Best shoot ever! We had so much fun and my daughter who usually has to be persuaded to have pictures taken just soaked this up.
My daughter and her Grandma. We went on a road trip to Kananaskis and toured around pulling over and taking photos and having picnics. My favorite way to spend a summer day!
I got to spend a day with a good friend and take her maternity pictures for her first child.
I loved the way this turned out!
My oldest son's first photo shoot with Mommy. I had finally got up enough energy to take pictures of my 2 month old little man with a few cute backdrops. I couldn't have asked for a better smile than that!
Who doesn't love red barn pictures? Lucky me, I got to take pictures of the barn and the lovely family who lives on the farm before they tore this beautiful red barn down. It was a beautiful day but as usual it was a typical windy southern Alberta day!
I love bridges, especially train bridges! This one is located in Drumheller. We went for a walk one hot June day, had a heck of a time lugging the stroller through the train tracks but with the help of my Dad we made it and I got to take some shots of the train bridge. Well worth it! Hope my Dad ge
My all time favorite! A little girl running around in a princess dress and purple rubber boots! So I grabbed a chair and parked it behind our shed and did all sorts of goofy things to make her laugh.
