New 'Toys'

I always like to show off new props and backgrounds! Here's a background I picked up the other day and I absolutely LOVE IT!! I'm going to be busy this month taking lots of pictures and I am very excited! As of today, I have five shoots booked for this month! Of course, I am still looking so make sure to give me a call! For the month of March, I am charging $50 for a portrait session, which is an amazing deal!!! I look forward to hearing and working with you!!! ;)

So today a friend of mine brought over her daughter for a session and it was great. She is such a sweet little girl and it is not hard to make great pictures out of babies at all. She was an angel!

My Little Angel

I told you there was more to come! Last night I had a creative spell and played around with Tanner again. Not a hard thing to do! So I am sharing my moments with you. Still looking for more people to take photos of, my family would enjoy the break!
I'll be posting some of my daughter in the next couple days, she has a break from school so I will be giving Tanner a break. I also have plans with a friend to take pictures of her baby girl on Sunday and Monday. I can't say for sure weather my son is going to appreciate the break, he's a bit of a natural when it comes to being my model. He knows how to work it, that's how he rolls.
I'm not bragging or nothing :)

New Tanner Shots

Here are a few shots of some father/son shots of my son and my husband. This, incidentally was the first time my son laughed! It was a great ending to our family day weekend! As I type, he is cooing and smiling at me. Tellinng me all sorts of stories! He is such a happy baby, I love it. Makes it easy to take photo after photo of him! There's lots more to come! Back To Business

Well here it is, February 2010 and I haven't posted anything. Awful, I know. With the birth of my son, Tanner, things have been a little crazy. So, with the thought of maybe being set up full time with my photography, if all goes well, I would like to fill up my portfolio with lots and lots of pictures. I am looking to do portraits. I have purchased backdrops and a few photography props which I am currently waiting for in my recent obsession with eBay. When you hear someone say it's addicting, believe them. They are telling the truth! On that note, I'd like to welcome you all to let me know if you are interested in some portraits. I am willing to go outside the box a little so feel free to let me know. I am willing to travel, my equipment is portable but I do charge a fee for travel. Just get in touch with me and I can let you know what my fees are! I've included some pictures of my son, I think he's pretty sweet! :)

August so soon? I can't believe that in a few short weeks my 5 year old will be going into grade one! Summer is always short, but it always amazes me how fast it goes by. I guess that's what happens when you keep yourself busy! I have had a few projects and have a few little upcoming family portrait shots I hope to get set up asap! I just did another wedding for some good friends of ours in Lethbridge. Here's hoping that the next year will be filled with even more experience for me to grow as a photographer! Time Flies

So, it's mid-July and it feels like only yesterday we were ringing in the New Year! I can't believe

how fast this year has gone by. Everyone says it all the time, but it's so true. Life is so short!
With a full time job I haven't been able to concentrate on photography like I should but I have done another wedding, I have family pictures to do this weekend and in two weeks time and then I have another wedding next month in Lethbridge. So things have definitely picked up. But I am always, always, always looking to do more. So I leave you with a few new pictures and if you are in need of any photo sessions please drop me a line. After the baby is born, I plan on going full force with this and making it my own business. My rates are very very reasonable at the moment, so feel free to take advantage of this before they go up!!
